Incorrect username or password
If you are presented with an error message stating that your
username or password is incorrect, first ensure your spelling is correct, clear your
NLA cookies, restart your browser and try again.
To clear your NLA cookies go to
www.nla-eclips.com/clients/clearcookie.asp
and select 'Clear Cookies'.
Login screen refresh
If your login screen is refreshing back to a blank login
screen then you will need to enable your internet browser to accept 3rd party cookies.
